- "Simon Crawford was born in 1985. 21 years later he moved to Belfast, completed a degree, and is now trying his best." I'm a Belfast based photographer, working primarily in portraiture. People fascinate me; who they are, what they look like, where they're from and why they do what they do. Capturing this in an image is what I aim to achieve within my work, using aspects of the subjects personality and own creativity to influence the outcome. While I specialise in portraiture, my work also includes club, fashion and documentary styles - all of which have a connection to the main themes within my work.
